We, Dream2Win (Developer), collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use our App.

• Profile Information: City selection, business details, photos
• Business Listings: Business name, description, address, category, contact information
• Reviews & Ratings: Reviews, ratings, comments you post
• Payment Information: If applicable, processed securely through third-party providers
• Communication: Messages, feedback, support inquiries

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: GPS coordinates, city information (with permission)
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, unique identifiers
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, interaction patterns
• Log Data: IP address, timestamp, browser type, referring URLs
• Cookies & Analytics: Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process account registration and authentication
• Display personalized business recommendations based on location and preferences
• Manage business listings and user reviews
• Send service-related announcements and updates

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating our App (Firebase, Google Services, payment processors)
• Public Listings: Business information you provide is displayed publicly (business name, description, location, reviews)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In case of acquisition or merger
• Your Consent: With your explicit permission

4. Data Retention

• Account information is retained as long as your account is active
• Business listings are retained until deleted by you or removed by admin
• Reviews and ratings are retained indefinitely to maintain integrity
• You can request data deletion anytime (see Account Deletion section)
• We may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
• Secure authentication with Google Sign-In and Firebase Auth
• SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
• Regular security audits and updates
• Firestore security rules to control data access
• Firebase Storage protection for images

Note: No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Location Data & GPS

GoLocal uses location data with your permission to:

• Show nearby businesses based on your GPS location
• Calculate distances to businesses
• Provide Google Maps directions
• Improve location-based recommendations

You can disable location tracking anytime through your device settings. Location data is not shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, analytics
• Google Maps: Location and navigation services
• Google Sign-In: User authentication
• Google Analytics: App analytics and usage tracking

8. Children's Privacy

GoLocal is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

You have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promotional communications
• Location Control: Disable GPS location tracking

10. Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated personal data:

1. Open the GoLocal App
2. Go to Menu → Settings
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your request
5. Your account will be deleted within 30 days

Alternatively, email support@golocal.com with your deletion request.

11. International Users

GoLocal operates in India. If you're outside India, note that data may be transferred, stored, and processed in India. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of GoLocal constitutes acceptance of changes.
